BASTIAN SCHWEINSTWIGER RETIRES AT 35

Bastian Schweinstwiger

This has to be a legendary end for the German midfielder, with all the fleets of titles and all the touch of excellence during his Career.  He spent 17 good seasons at Bayern Munich playing an approximate of 500 matches in all competitions with 68 goals entitled to his only name. He won a lot of trophy at the club level with eight Bundesliga titles, Seven DFB-POKAL titles, a UEFA champions league title, a FIFA club world cup and a UEFA super cup title.

Schweinstwiger joined Manchester United in 2015, playing for just 18 months before moving to Chicago Fire. Apparently the German Man still walks home successful despite hanging the boot after failing to help Chicago Fire reach the MLS play-offs.

Internationally, Schweinsteiger played for the German National Team for 12 years ranging from 2004 to 2016 which has earned him Germany's fourth most-capped player of all time with 121 caps and 24 goals. He featured in four European Championships and three World Cups, including the 2014 FIFA world Cup which Germany won.

Sport Grid Wishes him happy family life with his wife Ana Ivanovic and  two sons: Luka and an unnamed recently born baby.
